MEDITATION TO CLEAR THE ARCLINE

The Arcline is one of the 10 10 Light Bodies and is sensitive to hold energies of past relationships, trauma and sadness. This meditation will assist in cleansing the arcline so that our reflections and vibrations are of our authentic selves.

Make the hands into fists, extending the index finger and the middle, wrap the thumb around the other fingers. 

Part A) Bend the elbows and bring the hands out to the sides of the torso. 

Bring the two hands with palms facing each other in front of the heart, touching only the extended fingertips of the right hand with the extended fingertips of the left hand.

Swing the hands back out to the sides, palms facing forward, with a space of about 24 inches between the hands.

Chant “har” as the fingertips touch in front of the heart.

Continue for 3 minutes.

Part B) Keep the mudra, bring the left hand in front of the heart with the palm facing down, extend the right arm straight up, Continue to chant the mantra and mentally continue the movement of the arms.

To end: Inhale and stretch the right arm very straight. Exhale and relax.
