MEDITATION TO BALANCE SUN AND MOON ENERGIES

Sun and moon energies are also referred to as masculine and feminine energy. Humans have both and it is beneficial to us to keep them both in balance. This beautiful meditation can help!

 

Focus the eyes at the Brow Point. 

Use the right index finger to alternately open and close the nostrils in the following sequence:

Continue inhaling deeply through the left nostril and suspending the breath for 45 seconds and begin exhaling through the right nostril in 8 equal parts. Continue for 2 minutes.
