TESTIMONIALS
from our graduates

JANET MCCLELLAND

Director

Janet describes the call to practice Kundalini Yoga as a voice impossible to ignore. The call came for her in 2010. As it is for many, awareness of the practice came to her as she found herself working through life changes and the desire to examine herself on a deeper level. Completely different from other styles of yoga, she was attracted to the uniqueness of Kundalini Yoga. Janet recalls her first class as an experience like no other. She knew instantly that she was to answer the call to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

Janet completed her Kundalini Yoga teacher training in 2012 and opened Studio Sat Nam in 2014. The Kundalini Teacher Training Program has been offered since Studio Sat Nam’s first year of business. Janet has used her experience to continue to reformat the program to focus on the essentials of teaching Kundalini Yoga over a shorter period of time. Her vision for Studio Sat Nam continues to be to provide a sacred and safe space dedicated to the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
